Irregular menses

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Both ovaries are mildly enlarged with homogeneous hypointense stroma and peripherally arranged small follicles.

Case Discussion

The patient also complained of hirsutism, unable to lose weight and secondary infertility. Hormonal analysis revealed elevated LH. Imaging appearance with the clinical presentation and abnormal hormonal essay are conclusive of polycystic ovary syndrome
