Post-treatment changes as laminectomy and surgical fixations along with L2 down to S1 vertebra levels.
There is a large rim enhancing fluid collection in the posterior paraspinal and subcutaneous soft tissue starting from L2 down to S3 vertebrae levels consistent with a large pseudomeningocele.

Post-laminectomy fluid collection at the laminectomy bed, paravertebral regions, and subcutaneous tissues.
