Prolapsed endometrial polyp

Large pedunculated intracavitary mass arising from the anterior uterine wall, filling the uterine cavity and prolapsing into the vagina through a distended endocervical canal.
The lesion displays internal cystic changes and heterogeneous enhancement after contrast injection.
No pelvic lymphadenopathy is seen.

MRI features are most consistent with a prolapsed endometrial polyp.
