Presentation

Colonoscopically confirmed rectal cancer.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ct
  • Irregular wall thickening and endophytic mass in the middle third of the rectum.
  • Mild stranding of the perirectal fat. 
  • Presacral and parailiac lymph nodes with a SAD ranging between 5-9 mm. 
  • Other: small hiatal hernia, prostate enlargement, hydrokele.
