Presentation

Knee swelling, pain post trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

Hyperintensity signal of the proximal tibial physis in T2-fs sequences, relative to femoral growth plate, with small triangular portion of metaphysis remaining with epiphysis in physeal plate noted in sagittal images, likely Thurstan Holland fragment.

Thickened ACL, with hyperintensity signal above its tibial attachment suggestive partial tear.

Diffuse subcutaneous, interstitial edema around knee joint.
