Plain radiographs show a metaphyseal ulna fracture and a Salter-Harris type II radius fracture with dorsoradial dislocation of the epiphysis.

Reduction of both fractures and casting with wrist in flexed position. Note the improved position of the radial epiphysis.
Case Discussion
This case shows dislocation of the distal radial epiphysis in a Salter-Harris type II fracture. Treatment is usually conservative with closed reduction under anesthesia and casting in flexed position to maintain result.
