There is an 8 x 10 x 14 cm huge well defined lobulated complex solid-cystic mass with thick, enhancing septations in the right adnexa.
No evidence of ascites, peritoneal nodularity, and lymphadenopathy is depicted.
Case Discussion
The right adnexal complex cystic mass was resected and further pathological examination was consistent with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma. This entity is the malignant form of ovarian serous tumor and the most common type of ovarian epithelial tumor. It is the most common type of ovarian malignancy.
