Presentation

Patient fell over with resultant knee deformity, extreme pain and swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Left Knee

Markedly displaced and fragmented intra articular fracture to the proximal tibia with extension to tibial plateau. There is also a comminuted fracture in the proximal fibula.
