Minimal effusion.
Subchondral low T1 signal fracture line with subjacent marrow edema is present at the medial tibial plateau.
Marrow edema along with medial femur condyle anterior weight-bearing.
Case Discussion
MRI is the choice modality in order to assess this condition. In our patient's case, the MRI demonstrated an insufficiency fracture of the medial tibial plateau.
