Undisplaced fracture through the trapezium tubercle associated with bone marrow edema/bruise
Bone marrow edema/bruise along with scaphoid and capitate.

Trapezium fracture is an uncommon carpal bone injury. It can either occur in isolation or in combination with another carpal bony injury.
