Two well-defined intramural myomas with subserosal extension along with the uterine anterior wall, measuring 50 x 55 mm and 15 x 20 mm, eliciting an isosignal to the normal myometrium on T1, low signal on T2 with mild homogenous enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
