Right lower quadrant abdominal pain.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Protrusion of the urinary bladder apex with punctate calcifications. Findings may represent a vesicourachal diverticulum with punctate calcifications. Colonic diverticulosis without evidence of acute diverticulitis.

The anterosuperior extension of the bladder filled with urine is a vesicourachal diverticulum.
