There is absent ACL, with normal PCL and without signs of bone/meniscal dysplasia.

It's hard to conclude definitely whether the ACL absence is congenital or it's a result of complete tear with full resorption.

Knee pain and mild joint effusion are possible due to medial patellar plica fibrosis.
