A huge T2 intermediate signal intensity bulky barel-shaped cervical mass lesion shows the following:
size: 6 x 6.5 x 7 cm
parametrial infiltration with disruptions of the normal low T2 cervical rim
the lesion is filling and markedly expanding the upper two-thirds of the vagina; intact lower third vagina
multiple enlarged bilateral internal iliac chains regional lymphadenopathy suggestive of metastatic nodes; the largest reaching 27 mm in the short axis on the left side next to common iliac biforcation
no extension into the pelvic sidewalls
no infiltration of the mesorectal fascia
spared urinary bladder
normal marrow signal pattern of the pelvic bones
