After contrast injection through the cervical canal, uterine cavity, and both fallopian tubes are filed.
The body of the uterus is located in the left para midline of the pelvic cavity and shows normal shape and contour.
The right fallopian tube is filled, demonstrating normal length, and diameter but has abnormal peristalsis with retained contrast material & weakened spillage in favor of hydrosalpinx.
Peritoneal spillage occurs from the left tube.
