Ipsilateral olivary nucleus, ipsilateral red nucleus, contralateral dentate nucleus.
What signs specific to this condition may the patient have?
Palatal myoclonus is the classical sign. Dentorubral tremor and ocular myoclonus are also recognised signs.
On the follow-up scan, it is apparent that she has suffered haemorrhage into the pontine tegmentum. High signal and focal swelling is seen in the medulla (left > right).
