Right upper quadrant chronic pain. History of surgery 4 years back. The patient was told that cholecystectomy is done for her.

Gallbladder is present will a stone near the gallbladder neck. There is defect in the gallbladder fundal region which suggests that probable cholecystostomy is done for her.
There is muscular defect in the right upper quadrant abdominal wall with herniation of mesenteric fat to the subcutaneous region.

Incisional hernias are common and can occur anywhere in the abdominal wall where history of prior surgery, intervention or trauma presents.
