Appendiceal mucocele

In the cecum, there is an irregular mural mass involving the origin of the cecal appendix, which is dilated (up to 17 mm), with a slightly thickened wall. Stranding of the surrounding adipose tissue.
Rest of the colon and intestinal loops of preserved caliber, without evidence of stenosing or obstructive lesions. Multiple colonic diverticula are observed, without signs of complication. Some small ileomesocolic adenopathies.
