Enlarged echogenic fetal kidneys with preserved reniform shape (length: right kidney = 63 mm, left kidney = 81 mm) with loss of the corticomedullary differentiation. Associated severe oligohydramnios.
No other fetal anomalies were seen.
The fetal biometry was at 34 weeks and 3 days.
