The frontal view of the left femur shows beaking of the lateral cortex. Elsewhere, there is osteoarthritis in the left knee involving the lateral and patellofemoral compartments.
Case Discussion
The case is a classic example of a stress fracture from Bisphosphonates which typically occur in the lateral sub-trochanteric cortex of the femur.
