A well-defined, calcified lesion with multiple internal serpiginous hypodense linear structures is noted in sub-capsular region of the right hepatic lobe without any density changes on provided phases which is most likely calcified hydatid cyst.
The liver is normally positioned and has normal size and smooth borders.
Rest of the visualized viscera appear unremarkable.
Case Discussion
CT findings are concerning for most likely calcified hydatid cyst as described.
