Single coronal STIR revealed an epiphyseal lesion at the right femoral epiphysis with hyperintense core and irregular hypointense rim with mild surrounding marrow edema, suggestive of chondroblastoma.
Case Discussion
Chondroblastomas is a rare primary bone tumor, occurring predominantly in young males. They usually involve epiphysis of long bones.
