Sagittal and coronal T1 MRI images show a bright spot located at the infundibulum, equal as the normal signal of the neurohypophysis in the posterior aspect of the pituitary fossa.
Case Discussion
A young girl sent by an endocrinologist because of growth retardation, she has no other clinical symptom. Evidence of a bright spot located at the infundibulum on the unenhanced T1 imaging. The control showed no changes at all in one year.
