Case Discussion

Features suggestive of an eccentric focal fibrous dysplasia at the level of the right frontal sinus ostium and recess. There is no obstruction to the right frontal sinus; however, this may yet develop should the lesion increase in size. The rest of the cranium and facial bones are unaffected.

Except for the septal and left sphenoid sinus findings, the paranasal sinuses are clear and do not demonstrate a cause of headaches in this patient.
