Presentation

RUQ pain and vomiting.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female
ct

Extensive pneumobilia. Distended intrahepatic biliary tree and CBD which measures up to 16.5 mm.

Contracted thick-walled air-filled gallbladder which fistulates with the 2nd part of the duodenum.

Gallstone in the small bowel with proximal dilatation up to 4 cm. The distal small bowel is collapsed.

Large hiatus hernia. Duodenal diverticulum. Colon diverticulosis.

Small volume of free fluid in the small bowel mesentery. The large bowel is contracted.

Bilateral renal cortical thinning and scarring.

Small volume calcified plaque. Degenerative changes of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine
