Intermittent abdominal pain

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Short segment intussusception at proximal jejunal loops is noted. There is no obvious lymphadenopathy, perilesional fat stranding, or lead point. The bowel proximal and distal to intussusception show no transition in caliber.
