There is an oval, homogeneous, slightly hyperdense lesion at the right nasolabial region. The lesion bulges into the right nasal vestibule and causes scalloping of the subjacent alveolar margin of the maxilla. The lesion measures 2 x 1.5 cm in its axial diameters.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with a nasolabial cyst.
