Presentation

There is a soft tissue swelling at the floor of the right nostril

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

There is an oval, homogeneous, slightly hyperdense lesion at the right nasolabial region. The lesion bulges into the right nasal vestibule and causes scalloping of the subjacent alveolar margin of the maxilla. The lesion measures 2 x 1.5 cm in its axial diameters.
