Dumbbell-shaped cystic lesion with heterogeneous texture and predominate fat density and few small calcific foci involving the right orbit in keeping with an orbital dermoid cyst that straddles the right lateral orbital wall. It protrudes through a bony defect/channel in the lateral orbital wall at the frontozygomatic suture which connects the two lobes. The intra-orbital component displaces the lateral recuts and superior rectus/levator palpare superiosis complex medially resulting in proptosis.
