Muticystic, right-sided, intraorbital intraconal lesion measuring 2.9 x 2.0 x 1.7 cm with fluid-fluid levels causing regional mass effect with right ocular proptosis. Enhancing septa noted.
Case Discussion
This is a classic case of an orbital lymphangioma. Characteristic features displayed in this case include multicystic appearance and involvement of orbital spaces.
