Presentation

Pain of the right knee.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Osteochondral fragment of the medial aspect of the medial femoral condyle. A lucent rim is noted surrounding the non-displaced osteochondral fragment.

Well-defined lucent lesion (35 mm) with a sharply defined peripheral sclerotic rim of the distal femur in keeping with a non-ossifying fibroma.
