Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Right ventricular pacemaker with lead fracture at the expected site of the left subclavian vein entry site. Enlarged left and right atrium, status post mitral valve replacement. No edema or pneumonia.

Pacemaker lead fractures are uncommon. The most common location is at the subclavian vein entry site.
