Right patent canal of Nuck with communicating hydrocele containing anechoic fluid, fine septa and few echogenic foci. The hydrocele sac measuring ± 22 x 13 mm.
Case Discussion
The mother came to the pediatrician for a right labia major swelling of her daughter. The pediatrician requested an ultrasound examination, which revealed canal of Nuck patency with communicating hydrocele.
