Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Within the right side of the anterior pituitary, a small rounded lesion that is isointense on T1 (sagittal and coronal), slightly hypointense on T2, hypointense on post-contrast T1 (sagittal and coronal) and demonstrates delayed enhancement on dynamic sequences.

It elevates on the right side of the pituitary and deviates the infundibulum towards the left. It abuts the cavernous sinus without invasion. Optic chiasm and optic nerves are unremarkable.

Conclusion:

Features are consistent with a pituitary microadenoma (PitNET).

Case Discussion
