Proximal radio-ulnar synostosis.
Resultant shortening and bowing deformity of the radius, as well as positive ulnar variance.
Incidental small bone island (enostosis), of no clinical significance
Case Discussion
Proximal radio-ulnar synostosis can be congenital or acquired.
In this case, the absence of prior imaging make this difficult to determine.
