A 50×48 mm partially exophytic hetero enhancing mass is noted at the upper pole of the left kidney, without sign of local invasion or vascular extension.
The hepatic attenuation value is less than that of the spleen, suggesting fatty liver disease.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent left partial nephrectomy, and histopathology evaluation confirms renal cell carcinoma (clear cell subtype).
