There are incomplete buckle fractures of the distal tibia and fibular metadiaphyses without physeal extension. There is surrounding soft tissue swelling. Ankle alignment appears maintained.

This is a case of a buckle fracture of the tibia and fibula. The patient was casted and was seen as an outpatient by pediatric orthopedic surgery.
