There is complete collapsed-consolidation of the left hemi-thorax along with mediastinal shift towards the left side. Occluded left main bronchus.
No definite pleural effusion is seen. Right lung is compensatory hyperinflated and herniated in to the left thoracic cavity.
Case Discussion
CT findings are suggestive of left-sided white-out hemi-thorax as described above.
