Complete absence of the corpus callosum. Anterior and posterior commissures are also absent. Abnormally dilated 3rd ventricle, possibly due to an interhemispheric cyst (not identifiable). Note no colpocephaly. Absence of septum pellucidum. Abnormally shaped lateral ventricles which run parallel.
On the angiographic series, is an abnormal distribution of deep cerebral veins. Anterior cerebral arteries runs separately. A fetal origin of the left posterior cerebral artery is identified.
