The findings are consistent with hepatic hydatid cyst.

When the hydatid cyst is less than  3 cm, the imaging findings are nonspecific, resembling those of simple hepatic cysts.  With  larger  lesions,  the  CT findings  are :

• a hypodense band owing to the presence of a pericyst 
• wall calcification 
• daughter cysts within the main focus
• inner layer detachment
