Superficial angular dermoid is usually diagnosed early & grow slowly presenting as a painless subcutaneous mass along the upper outer quadrant or the lacrimal fossa.
It is seen centered upon the zygomaticofrontal suture with mixed content of fat & fluid attenuations.
