A well-defined, round, mildly hyperdense lesion is noted in the roof of the third ventricle obstructing bilateral foramina of Monro with resulting moderate dilatation of bilateral lateral ventricles. No intralesional calcification/cystic areas. Prominent sulcal spaces representing cerebral atrophy.
