Four-corner fusion (intercarpal arthrodesis of the capitate, lunate, triquetrum, and hamate) with autologous bone graft (scaphoid)

Discussion:

This patient originally presented with advanced right wrist arthritis, most likely secondary to chronic rupture of the scapholunate ligament (from SLAC wrist).

She chose a limited wrist fusion using a four-corner fusion, as opposed to a total wrist fusion.
