Posterior auricular nerve

The posterior auricular nerve is a branch of the facial nerve. It originates just after facial nerve exits stylomastoid foramen, passes posteriorly to supply some of the muscles around the pinna, the occipital portion of the occipitofrontalis muscle 1-3.
