While the appearances had a not clearly malignant imaging phenotype, progressive growth was seen over time. Given patient's anxiety and uncertainty of diagnosis, curative locoregional treatment was favoured in MDT settings. The chosen modality was CT-guided percutaneous biopsy and microwave ablation.
