There is a common origin of the celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery from the anterior part of the abdominal aorta corresponding at the level of the upper endplate of L1 vertebra.
Additional findings include bilateral nephrolithiasis, left pelviureteric junction calculi leading to moderate hydronephrosis and double-J stent in situ on the left side.
