bilateral ocular proptosis
bilateral symmetrical extra-ocular muscle enlargement involving the inferior, medial, and superior rectus
enlargement of the rectus muscles is confined to the muscle bellies and sparing their tendinous insertions

The case illustrates typical findings of Graves ophthalmopathy with pronounced extraocular muscle enlargement and bilateral proptosis.
