Large well-defined rounded solid-cystic mass arising from the right ovary with peripheral displacemeent of the ovarian follicles. The cystic component is of intermediate signal on T1 and high signal on T2 with no restricted diffusion or enhancement on postcontrast sequences. The solid component appears as endocystic vegetations of peripheral location, eliciting an intermediate to low signal on T1, and a low signal on T2 with restricted diffusion and enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
