CT scan shows minimal intraperitoneal contrast around the left-sided small bowel loops with free intraperitoneal air. The majority of contrast is visualised in the right retroperitoneum and reaches the right hemiscrotum, suggesting a combined type of bladder injury (intraperitoneal and extraperitoneal rupture).
