Generalized decrease in bone mineral density with periarticular osteopenia and subperiosteal bone resorption, mainly, on the radial aspect of the proximal phalanx of the fourth finger.
Generalized soft tissue edema of the hand.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with complex regional pain syndrome secondary to trauma.
