What is the radiological difference between bacterial and tuberculous spondylodiscitis?
T.B spondylodiscitis starts within the vertebral body or subligmantous and may involve more than one vertebra apart and disc destruction occurs late. In bacterial spondylodiscitis, disc destruction starts early with involvement of vertebral end plates.
